HOW TO CLAIM
1. When you have qualified, call Customer Services on 08000 96 96 35 between 10am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday to claim your refund, cash and/or free bet.
2. The first bet refund, ?100 cash or free bet winnings will be credited to your account by 2pm the next working day.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Offers valid from 12.00am Monday 25th July 2005 until 2 months after the date the account is opened.
2. 5 settled bets, each of which must have a potential win and a potential loss of ?20 or more, must be placed on the account prior to the ?100 cash or the ?150 football supremacy bet being claimed.
3. If claiming a free bet on any sport apart from football, 10 settled bets, each of which must have a potential win and a potential loss of ?20 or more, must be placed on the account.
4. Minimum stake in both instances is ?2 per bet.
5. Unless otherwise stated, closing, partially closing and virtual games bets will not count towards qualifying bets.
6. Clients reopening their Sporting Index account or bethilo clients changing to a Sporting Index account do not qualify for the bet refund, free cash or free bet offers.
7. Clients who claim the ?100 cash are not entitled to any of the free bets listed above.
8. Free bets must be placed at least 15 minutes before the start of the event and cannot be closed in-running.
9. Free bets will not appear in your list of open bets.
10. The losing bet refund only applies to the first settled bet placed and then only a maximum of ?50 will be refunded.
11. All offers must be claimed within 2 months of your account being opened.
12. Sporting Index reserve the right to exercise their sole discretion as to whether or not to open account facilities for any prospective client.
13. Any free bet placed/cash back claimed in contravention of these Rules will be deemed to have a profit of zero at Sporting Index's sole discretion.
14. Sporting Index are the sole arbiters of these Rules and any other issue arising under this promotion.
15. No staff member (or any relation or partner thereof) of any spread betting or fixed odds bookmaking firm is eligible to take advantage of this free bet offer.
